Let these words bless your ears, beloved of God.
You are so not alone. You have a Father who knows you better than any Mother. A Father who knows what you need, where you should be, how you’ll thrive.
Take the word of your Father in heaven. Allow His truth to wash over you. To enlighten and transform you from the inside out. For God’s word is living, active, piercing deeper than any sword or arrow.
When I read these words this morning, the Holy Spirit made sure I heard them. He knew I was nervous, knew tomorrow was crowding for my attention.
Open the word of God and listen, not for what you hope to hear — but for what God knows your heart really needs.
