Isn’t grace amazing?
God, the Lord needn’t give a pinky more goodness. He’s God. He owns everything there is. Nothing is that hasn’t come from Him. I’m trying to calculate that in my head, and there isn’t room.
The God of heaven and earth, the Beginning and the End gave His body for my sins and still gives Himself away for the asking. His love, His peace, His joy, His wisdom and understanding! What!? (Can we just hold there for one second.)
No one is like Him.
Look around at the “gods” we carry around. Sometimes that’s my phone. Other times it’s this computer. Yesterday, it was my Bible. I kid you not. I woke, grabbed my Bible and started looking for what I could write about. Ran right past the God who gives, so I could serve a “god” who takes.
God questions King Solomon, “Ask! What shall I give you?” Jesus says to all listening, “How much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” Same God, different day.
What good thing will you ask God to give you today?
My church 
“What good thing will you ask God for today?” I see the peace of mind and body to see what God asks of me.
