What a relief, believer, that we need not be tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine. Cunning and deceitful schemes no longer enjoy the power they once held over us. Now blessed and sealed by the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ, we stop depending on The White House, the experts, the internet, family and friends. We consult The Word of truth, Himself.
It’s why the Lord has said again and again, “Fear not, for I am with you.”
Let not your soul roam the earth one more hour without the Spirit’s power to save and keep your soul. Darkness and every evil spirit employs to destroy those uncovered by unbelief. There are all the spirits of hell to fear apart from the Holy Spirit sent from heaven.
Interpret these words as harsh, extreme, unjust if you will, but only a poisonous spirit dare say, “There is no God.”
“If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.”
